Ariana Quiñones, vice president of Otero Strategy Group, has 25 years of work in the private and nonprofit sectors both in the District of Columbia and nationally with strong organizational development and management experience. She has designed and led community organizing efforts and grassroots issue campaigns and is a frequent training facilitator.
